Anabel Aram Jewelry is made with nickel-free brass and dipped in 18k gold. Pieces with embellishments are created with crystals. 

Anabel Aram Jewelry will be shipped in a keepsake box, including our signature embossed micro-suede pouch.

Anabel Aram Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your card charged.

If you would like to add a gift note to your order, it will be printed directly on your order's paperwork, which will not show pricing. To leave a note, enter your message at the bottom of the cart, just above the checkout button.

Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days if the merchandise is in stock. We use UPS for all orders in the Continential US. Expanded areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be shipped through USPS. International orders are shipped DHL Express.

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL Express. All Shipments are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) which ensures fast and secure delivery without additional surprises. DHL Express will arrive in 1-3 days once shipped.

Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations or modifications. This includes adding a gift message after you've placed your order.

Once shipped, your order may be tracked using this web site. The tracking number can be retrieved from your order status email or from your account page. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped during normal business hours; Monday through Friday.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking milestones to update once your tracking number has been provided. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

If you are not happy with your purchase, Anabel Aram accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All original packaging (box and micro-suede pouch) must be included with your return. A full refund will be given back to the original form of payment. Return requests after 14 days, but up to 30 days of your order’s delivery date, will be offered a store credit. All sale items are final sale.

• When you add an item to your cart, you will be provided the opportunity to add a gift message. Just above the Checkout Button, look for "Add Gift Message". This will provide you the opportunity to add a short (250 character) message. You can add or edit your gift message at any time before checking out.
• If you for forget to add a gift message, you can contact support. However, we're unable to alter the package once it's being picked and packed.

Treat yourself, or send it to someone else as a gift. After checking out, you’ll receive an email that you can forward to the lucky recipient; or simply keep for yourself!.

Using a gift card is truly easy! Just copy and paste the code you received to your email into the 'gift card' box at checkout.

• Gift cards & certificates must be used prior to expiration, which is sixty (60) months from the date of issuance.

All Anabel Aram Jewelry comes with a one-year warranty, to cover any unlikely manufacturing defects.

Please keep in mind, normal wear and tear such as scratches or lost items does not fall under our one-year warranty. Any defects or damages discovered upon delivery may receive a one-time accomodation replacement. For any warranty defective related issues, please contact customer support.
